A species of enveloped and spherical viruses with a capsid with T=3 icosahedral symmetry in the Flaviviridae family and Flavivirus genus. The genome is composed of non-segmented, single-stranded, positive-sense RNA. Dengue viruses are found in non-human primates and humans and cause dengue fever in humans. All lanes : Anti- Dengue virus NS1 protein antibody - at 1/5000 dilution, Lysates at 15 μg per lane. This blot was produced using a 7.5% SDS-PAGE. Nitrocellulose membrane was then blocked for an hour before being incubated with IRV005 overnight at 4°C.
