Experiment Designed (prototype model):
mAb were incubated with HepG2 cell (expressing ACE2) for 30 min, and the cells were infected with lentiviral pseudovirus carrying COVID 19 spike protein on the virus envelope. Infected cells were selected with the antibiotics since the viral backbone harbors anti-puro gene. After selection, the survived cells formed colonies and were stained with crystal violet and counted.
